From quick scheduling, detailed communication and text message reminders with the ability to track electricians’ ETA, I greatly appreciated the transparency through my quote and installation appointments. Ed was present for both of these appointments and was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. He was also courteous when I decided to pursue only one of the three items that I received quotes for. He installed a new exhaust fan in the primary bathroom (14 ft ceilings), and ensured that the exhaust out through the attic was performed correctly rather than just replacing the fan. He and Oscar did an excellent job cleaning up as well, which was greatly appreciated. We will certainly reach out again for future needs. Thank you Ed!
