He explained all of his troubleshooting steps and pricing beforehand, and was right on the money in what he expected. Afterwards, he made sure every affected outlet/switch was back on for us and inspected outlets for possible damage. He was a professional throughout the process, keeping our home tidy, wearing booties, and explaining complex electrical subjects in simple terms. This is the third time Hi Lite has helped me out in an emergency (for me), and based on Ezequiel's performance today, I would definitely recommend them again. A++
