  I had water damage in a bedroom and had Fritz investigate it. They sent someone who had no intentions of getting on the roof because of an injury. This was a bad sign that I ignored initially. The guy proceeds to tell me that the damage to the ceiling was due to old plaster. There were no brown water marks. He said that that my problem happens in older homes. Plausible but ultimately wrong. He left me thinking that the roof was OK. I had called three different roofing companies. The next guy came and I was going to wave him off but he was at my door so I let him (Sargon Construction Corp.) have a look. He immediately recognized the ceiling as a water issue. He went up on the roof and almost immediately found the problem. He had me watch as he pulled out a nail located between shingles with only his fingers. The ill positioned nail rusted and created a hole through the roof. He looked around for other issues and found none. He fixed it and wanted no money for it. Good PR but we gave him money over his slight objections. The leak has not occurred after a number of heavy rains. I am patching the ceiling now.

  Fritz Roofing has done two of our houses and both times have done a wonderful job. Very professional. They do not ruin landscape and clean up after themselves. I had a leak in my garage in the fall and attributed it to the roof. I called Fritz and someone was out by the afternoon. The gentleman climbed around my roof, inspecting every inch. He could not find any leaks so he went into my attic. Again, he could not see any leak but had a feeling the chimney was the cause. The man spent 2 hours problem solving and did not charge me a penny. Fritz Roofing stands behind their work and truly cares about their customers. I will be a forever customer and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.
