We truly appreciate their willingness to work with us to get our small system installed in the addition we are building even though it meant a long drive for them since we live in Fairfield.   My very expensive Lennox Thermostat went out right before a cold snap. I called the installing dealer and was quoted nearly 1200 dollars to replace it. I called Croy's who has done system installs for me in past. Todd went out of his way to accommodate me and he got our system back up and running for a third of what the other guys wanted. Thanks a million for the great service.

  Our system stopped working right when it started getting really hot. I called another business to come out and check it. They charged me $129 to diagnose it then told me it’d be another $1600 to find the leak, repair, and refill the refrigerant. I called the company who built our home and they told me that Croys installed the system. I called and got put on the schedule right away. Croys came out found the leak and saw it was a manufacturer issue. They fixed the leak and refilled the refrigerant in less than 2.5 hours! The best part is they are going to bill the manufacture for labor and repair! I am so impressed with this company and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable company! Thank you so much you guys rock! 😃

  If I could give zero stars if I could. This “man” cannot keep his word. Was scheduled for him to come out at 5:30 tonight, that came and went. Called the GC, they contacted him, he called and said he forgot and he’d come out after supper between 7 and 7:30. 7:30 came and went, I called the GC again and said I wanted another HVAC sub. Todd Croy called me and I told him this is twice now he hasn’t kept his word, he said we’re done and hung up on me.
