- JHJames HannSep 21, 20215.0I set up an appointment with Trademark Mechanical to check the mini-split system in our home. One of the air handlers wasn't working properly. Their technician, Jasper, showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. It took a little while because ours is a slightly older system, but he spoke with technical support for the unit and diagnosed that the control board was beginning to fail. The part was in stock and he ordered it the next day. It arrived a few days later and he installed the new part and checked the system to make sure it was working properly. Throughout this process, he was very courteous and professional, and showed up when he said he would be there and completed the work in the time frame that he estimated - even though we were out of town at the time! I'd highly recommend Jasper and Trademark Mechanical for HVAC repair work. James Hann, AIA
