- RMRay M.Nov 14, 20255.0Had a freezing issue with our whole house filter system. Aqua Plumbing sent Jarrett to the rescue. It was after hours and the house had no water. While cleaning up the water in the garage, Jarrett arrived and almost immediately found the root of the problem. Out garage had apparently came close to freezing on several occasions. This repetition caused a hairline crack in a ball valve, and spider cracks in a filter housing. The housing then finally failed. Fortunately, we were home and got to it in time and shut off the main water valve to the house. Got a hold of "old reliable" Aqua Plumbing and within a couple of hours (after hours) Jarrett arrived. Repairs were undertaken and completed, and you now can't even tell anything happened! Upon his advice, we now have insulation on the pipes and an electric pipe wrap that keeps the inlet pipe and the inlet filter housing at 45 degrees! Thank you Aqua Plumbing!

The guys answered our questions, explained what had to be done, and were very professional and efficient. This is the second time Aqua Plumbing has taken care of plumbing issues for us.
