We originally had David come try and fix the water heater. He came last minute and helped us out on a Friday night. We really appreciated him. Our water heater ended up breaking down again and a gas burner assembly was needed. David helped us contact our water heater warranty to get that part sent to us. Today, they sent us Elijah who was super professional and quick. He took his shoes off to keep our recently washed carpet clean and communicated well with us. He was really friendly as well. Our water heater is fixed! We will definitely call them again in the future if needed!
