  Ricardo of Express Plumbing did an exceptional job in repairing a rather tricky drain blockage. His personality and people skills are exceptional: conveying empathy and support as well as reassurance and confidence that he’d get the job done. He was patient with my questions, always answering with honesty and confidence. It was a tricky blockage but he kept working at it, never losing his confidence and optimism that he’d get the job done. The same was true for his replacement of our 20 year old water heater the next day (not related to the original sewer blockage). Expert service. Very timely (same day service for my phone call). Positive humble yet confident communications. I also appreciated his gratitude and confidence in working for Express Plumbing and their support of their employees. All around excellent experience.

  Great service when you sign up for their maintenance program. It’s 1000% worth the investment for anyone that owns their home to protect your investment. Mason was so knowledgeable and thorough, without any pressure to over sell us. He caught some leaks and gave us some realistic advice on what was the more urgent risks.

  We ran into a major unexpected problem with our main shutoff valve and Express was great! Our technician Luke was absolutely fantastic. He arrived in less than 2 hours, and was very professional, kind, efficient, clean upfront and honest. Our issue was resolved the same day. A bit on the high end for price, we’re glad that we called Express.

  Express Plumbing responded quickly when our kitchen faucet stopped working. We opted to get out own replacement faucet as the one they had available was twice the cost of what it would cost at retail. It was enjoyable working with Zach, who was attentive, professional, and well qualified. However the office staff was not as reliable. I contacted them to let Zach know that I had the replacement faucet and to inquire about a senior or veteran’s discount. They said they would contact him but upon arrival he had no knowledge of my inquiry. I immediately received a request for a review, but am still waiting for a copy of the invoice. This

  Woke up Dec. 30th to a cold house and needed to find someone to address it soon. Called Express Plumbing Heating and Air and was greeted by a very nice person who scheduled my service call that afternoon. Shout out to Simon who arrived on time and diagnosed the problem . He was able to get it running (aahhh, warmth !) but found a faulty part he needed to order. I was quoted a fair price and a promise to have the installation done the next morning. Derek arrived the next morning - a holiday- and had it fixed within an hour. The quote was the final bill and Im warm and happy. Professional, fast and honest . I recommend them.
