I received a complimentary service on my heater, the guy accidentally burnt up the control board. I understand accidents happen, but once the part came in to fix it they called me the night before and told me the part was in, in my opinion his schedule the next day should have been cleared and I should have been first on the list unfortunately we had to wait until 4:00 p.m. the next day in the winter with a freezing house to have our heater fixed that he broke. I'm not trying to sound entitled and I understand he has prior appointments, but when you break something on accident that should be the first place you go to fix the problem in order to keep good business, I don't think we'll be using this business again.

When they were family owned they were fantastic, now that they’re corporate, they are ran by a Las Vegas company that expects Las Vegas sales numbers, they train the people here on how to scam you. For example, “your system is 8 years old and only have 2 years of warranty left. you should consider replacing your system, I can get you a home comfort specialist out for a free estimate”. Google says a furnace should last around 20 years with frequent maintenance. But this company wants you to replace it after every 10 years cause it’s out of warranty. I guess you should buy a new car as soon as the warranty expires too. This place is so bad with expecting techs to do business in a grey area “ not a lie but not the full truth “ that 90% of the service techs from 2 years ago are not there anymore and the nicest salesman “ Chris with nice legs “ had to quit. The company was selling Bryant cause it is a premium product, parts don’t go bad as often as others, now they offer products that are known to go bad more often so you call and spend more $ to replace those parts. Please…. get a second opinion from another company before get ripped off and report issues to the BBB. Also, the review replies are not from the owner as the owner is a corporate entity.
“ Our local management team here in Meridian personally reads and responds to every review”
this is exactly the point I was making. Being more misleading. When you google your reviews, every reply you give says (owner) as if the company owner is personally replying.

Worst experience ever. Came out to do a “Free” tune up on my furnace and AC. They cleaned nothing, just put the hard sell on me needing over $10k on repairs or replacement.
Then they follow up with “comfort adviser” to try to close the scam
I asked hired two different HVAC companies for second opinions and both found nothing wrong with either unit. No cracks, no issues. Just a good cleaning and minor tuneup stuff.
Ultimate even used the carbon monoxide scare tactic stating my furnace was leaking gases into the house.
That was also retested twice and was not true.
Watch out for this company, they will rob you blind.

A fall HVAC maintenance and health check was conducted specifically directed at the furnace. However a thorough complete HVAC health check was performed. The report for my older systems revealed some looming maintenance issues on the horizon. As a journeyman millwright the findings made sound sense. I'm very happy with the service technician Mr. Tyler Walker. He was highly professional and very highly trained. He easily conveyed his findings and made appropriate recommendations for remediation. IMHBLO his service reflects the highest integrity and professionalism of the trade.Tyler was not associated with ANY of the following:
The installation of new furnace had some issues. Ducts weren't cleaned prior to the installation. The wrong thermostat came with the new equipment and no estimate on delivery for that. Electrical work was required for install of humidifier and that couldn't be accomplished. Nor was the air purifier installed. The furnace was installed and compatibility with existing thermostat made it functional, just not a 100% complete install. Which meant I had to take another day off of work when ever the correct parts become available to be installed. Hopefully at the same time. The new systems are quieter and seem to be operational. The AC unit had problems with volume due to lower temperatures during install. (Boyle's law) which means in spring some coolant will need to be removed. In summary the humidifier, air purifier and duct cleaning didn't happen and I don't have thermostat that operates the 'other half' of the system. The new systems were installed and 20k later I have half a system installation and a 'promise'. I had higher expectations. The systems are installed and now just the ancillary systems remain. Which typically are never properly installed completely correct and lead to months of scheduling and rescheduling and time off to resolve. Oh goody.
For readers of this review you should know that 'Ultimate Heating' doesn't have real live PEOPLE answering their after hours Emergency phone. And response time lags due to having to explain AGAIN when a living person finally does respond... much, much later.
Chris B did turn on our water heater... the next day, brought the filters 'traded out' and dropped of the thermostat... not 'installed'.

This past Sunday I noticed that my hose bibb was leaking continuously and I could not shut it off at all. So, I saw that Ultimate Heating and Air had high ratings, so I called on Sunday morning and spoke with the dispatcher. I received a call from them the very next morning and Phillp was at my house by 9am. Phillp asked what was wrong so I told him while in the backyard I heard this weird noise, so I looked around and noticed a leak coming from my hose bibb. He then checked the water pressure and found out the pressure was too high which is bad for the house and could at some point burst my water pipes. He then went into the crawl space and took pictures. He said the hose bibb was cracked and showed it to me saying that it needed to be replaced a new loop along with a new hose bib and that I replace the pressure reducer as well. He did a complete inspection everywhere making sure there was nothing else wrong. He let me know what the cost was, it was more than I could afford at that time because of medical issues with my daughter. I asked if there was something they could do like payments, he walked away to call his boss and came back letting me know that they could finance up to $1000 but had to be approved first, which I wasn’t because I max out everything I had. So, he left again and came back. I’ll tell you what he did everything he could to help me out so I could get this done so he walked over and told me that they would take care of the repairs and at no charge he applied for me for a giveaway fund that covered everything this is something his company does for people at times? He went out of his way to help me and did a great job with the repairs. He also reached out to Apel restoration and made sure they came out to my home to look at the damage and what they could do to help me. Phillp stayed until they arrived and explained to them what was wrong with the crawlspace and what he had replaced already. He was amazing. I was so grateful for everything he did to help me, he truly went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and Ultimate Heating and Air that company is amazing they most definitely put their customers first and truly work with you to make sure you get what you need taken care of. I cannot say it enough that if for any reason that you need any plumbing, garbage disposal replaced, air conditioners and heater repairs this is the place to call, they give 150% to their customers.
