  I had a gas leak from my furnace, Josh came out in a timely manner to see if he could fix the bad gas valve. My unit is old, been knowing I was going to have to eventually replace the whole thing, but was hoping we could just get the valve fixed for now. Josh was very thorough took pictures of my whole unit told me he could fix it, but seeing how the unit was old, it had other issues that would need attention soon. He did not pressure me whatsoever in buying a new unit, however, after punching numbers and realizing it made more sense to go ahead and purchase one. He sat with me and went over my options and explained how each one worked I feel I got a fair price for the new unit, I will definitely be using this company again along with referring them. I give them a 10 out of 10 thank you Josh you were a pleasure to work with. Patti M

  We want to thank the entire team and would recommend ULTIMATE to anyone. Our experience was handled with professionalism, from start to finish. Aidan Wanless went through and explained all the issues with our current system and options. Your thoroughness was greatly appreciated. Paul Farmer was able to come out the same day (even waiting for Robin to get home from a hair appointment) and designed a system that would work best for our home, health and comfort. Thank you for being patient and understanding of what we needed. The installation was started and completed the next day thanks to the great crew Josh, Jerome, Kevin and Dustin. We appreciate everything you did and the time you spent helping us to understand and operate the new system. Thanks again for all your time and talent in making this a smooth and comfortable transition.

  I had an incredible experience with both Paul, who came out to do our quote and Josh’s team who installed our equipment. Paul was extremely detailed and explaining everything to us as far as what systems they offer, price ranges, and answered any questions that we had. He did a very thorough evaluation of our home and our systems to make sure that we got the exact size equipment. Josh and his installation team were extremely quick and efficient as well as respectful of my home. He walked me through the systems and how to change settings and operate each individual system. The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend.

  Ultimate Heating and Air installed my system when my house was built eight years ago. Approximately two months ago they started calling me regularly offering a free system inspection. I scheduled an appointment. For the inspection plus another small repair. The technician was great and provided a quote for repairs of $3500-$7000. He then offered to send a “climate advisor“ out for a quote on a furnace (and entire new system) ranging from $7000-$24,000!!! I felt it was An attempt with high pressure sales tactics. He even told me it was “odd” that I would get quotes from 2-3 other companies! Ultimate is no longer a small local company. They are owned by a large corporate entity out of town. I’ve heard many other stories similar to mine. I went with a smaller local HVAC company and had my furnace replaced and a smart-thermostat installed and saved thousands!

  Wow all the bad reviews are EXACTLY what happened to me. When I signed up yrs ago they were amazing and I could trust them. The last yr or so, everytime they came out the amount I "needed" to do grew AND last time I need a whole new system even though my system is only 8 yrs old lol. They came out in summer and tried to make me to pay $1200 clean my HVAC system/vents.... 4 months later you got some other "tech" to do my winter "clean" telling me that if I did that my system wouldn't have been good and now need pay $5000 in parts/repairs to get my system working with no issues BUT even then I should just get a new system to be up to date for the energy standards of today and cuz mine is out of warranty. .. ummm in 4 months my system got that bad?? Sorry they think I am stupid, but I am not and do not trust this company anymore.The "tech salesman" told me even though I am on the maintenance plan, my system is not covered for any discount on parts and I need to pay full price from now on.... um what??? Then my system is only 8 years old and it needs replacing... telling me my family will go cold in the winter if I don't get this fixed now??? Everyone please save yourself the time and money....go for a better company. Oh and also the plumbing service.... lol I wasted $300 on a part that had nothing to do with the issue with my toilet. After charging me over $350, My toilet still wasn't fixed, so I called them back out.... they told me "oh that guy got fired for overcharging customers, but you need a new toilet that will cost you $1000. That part isn't what is wrong". Ummm.... are people really that gullible?? This was horrible.... never again. I got a better company now that gave me the truth. No new system needed or $5000 in parts. Cleaning the system is part of their maintenance, mind you at around the same price of your "maintenance package", when you wanted me to pay for you to clean my system and the duct cleaning was 2/3 less than what you were going to rob from me. You all went WAY downhill.
