  The service technician was early and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. When he returned the next day, he was also early and resolved the issue we had very efficiently. I am very impressed with this company and their professionalism. Would recommend 100%

  From my initial contact to final install Dan and the crew were honest, helpful and communicative. The new furnace works great. If youre using a home warranty try to get Polar. I will use them for future services.

  Polar has come out 2 times. 1 to install our heater and 2 to fix a broken sensor. Both times the technicians have been super helpful. They take the time to educate you on your heater and give you tips to keep it going. They are very polite and friendly. I highly recommend them as service providers.

  Would not hesitate to call again if needed. Very reliable and professional excellent value. Charlie and Dan really knows this business! Big shout out to Polar Heating and Air Conditioning! They have been so great for the past year helping us limp our unit along until we just could not put anymore money into the poor thing. They came right out within two days and put a new unit in for us within a few hours. Very happy with it and the price. Excellent service. Excellent crew!! I have had two other neighbors use them one had to buy a new unit and the other just had service done with the same good service as we received. Claude you have an excellent team. Thank you Polar Heating and Air Conditioning !!

  AC stopped working late on a Monday. I called about 5 different places and the earliest anyone could be there was Friday. A friend referred Arctic to me and there were able to fit me in about 2 hours later. Problem was found and fixed in 15 minutes. I couldn't have been happier!
