  The service technician was early and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. When he returned the next day, he was also early and resolved the issue we had very efficiently. I am very impressed with this company and their professionalism. Would recommend 100%

  These folks installed our energy star furnace. It has been wonderful for many years. Unfortunately we have not kept up on seasonal maintenance over the past couple of years. Last night, after a long Sunday of work, I returned home to a cold house. My wife and daughters told me the heater was no longer working very well. I called the number on the sticker affixed to our furnace, and spoke with Dan. I figured we were going to have to have an after-hours costly and time-consuming repair. (Did I mention that we were celebrating my daughter‘s birthday last night?) Dan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Based on the error code he walked me through a simple repair over the phone- a repair that only required a socket wrench, pliers and Brillo pads. Afterwards, the heater has worked like a charm – better than it has for ages! I will definitely do a better job with seasonal maintenance but truly appreciate this high level of “above and beyond,” after-hours service. On a Sunday night!! Amazing. Thank you, Dan and thank you, Polar HVAC!

  Dan was great. He was able to find the issue very quickly when another A/C company didn't. He implemented the fix swiftly and I felt the temperature drop in the house immediately. I'm renting so coordinating the payment from my property management took some time, but Dan was kind and patient. I will defiantly go with this company again if I need heating and cooling repairs in the future!

  Would not hesitate to call again if needed. Very reliable and professional excellent value. Charlie and Dan really knows this business! Big shout out to Polar Heating and Air Conditioning! They have been so great for the past year helping us limp our unit along until we just could not put anymore money into the poor thing. They came right out within two days and put a new unit in for us within a few hours. Very happy with it and the price. Excellent service. Excellent crew!! I have had two other neighbors use them one had to buy a new unit and the other just had service done with the same good service as we received. Claude you have an excellent team. Thank you Polar Heating and Air Conditioning !!
