On a Monday of all days, my garage door spring broke, they where recommended by a friend so I called and was pleasantly surprised that they answered in the first phone rings, the young lady was very professional and nice and was able to get me scheduled right away, within a couple hours the service techs arrived they quickly assessed the problem and very quickly fixed it, the cost of the repair and service are very fair. Overall I am very happy with everything that Barrett Overhead doors did.
