I work for a national GC and have dealt with lots of handymen services across the country and the Southern ID location was by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful company to work with. Instead of trying to work with me and help me, they told me everything was my fault and charged an excessive amount for small work. Instead of asking me questions about the work I wanted completed, they told me they couldn't do it and said it was all my fault. They did not treat me professionally as a customer and again, I would not recommend using their services.

We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.
