They said they would replace it, so we scheduled the day, go to drop it off and are told by the installer that’s it’s way to late in the day and there’s no way he could get it done, as if it was our fault. They scheduled it, never told us what time to bring it in, and got upset at us the customer, because they were way too busy. There is a major disconnect between front desk admin and technicians, they literally started pointing the finger at each other in front of us. Not a good look and a waste of our time and it’s their brand new window that cracked on us. Not going back here again.
