Butch came out and gave a great suggestion for my lack of hot water and it was reasonably piced. ken came out and did a great job. This was the 2nd time they came out and I couldn't be pleased.

Contacted Fred's and said that they would be able to help us and would have a dispatcher contact us with an estimated time of arrival. After 2 hours and no call from a plumber we again contacted Fred's. They told us that they didn't have a record of us calling and would not be able to to send a plumber as they were completly booked for the day.
