- KPKerry PagenkopfJan 3, 20265.0Hi-Tech was the electrical contractor supplied to us through a general contractor on a Generac 24Kw residential back up generator install. They were responsible for installing the Auto Transfer Switch, a new Meter Mains breaker panel and tying the system to our existing Generac Solar inverter and 12Kw battery system. They wired the new generator and installed a whole system surge protector. They had to perform a majority of the work in less than pleasant weather conditions outside the structure. Every single employee from the front desk to all the installers and journeymen were nothing short of pleasant,, courteous and respectful. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. When we encountered a programming issue with the inverter, one call had a top person on site within an hour and he worked with Generac support until it was resolved. It's almost impossible to find this type of comprehensive service today. I will continue to refer these people to everyone.
