  Matt has worked on my system several times in the past decade, he is very knowledgeable and a craftsman. More over he does business the way it used to be done. He is honest and straightforward. He had multiple opportunities to try to upsell me but didn't. I cant speak for the other reviews but that seems very out of character for Matt and his company. I highly recommend Custom pump to anyone in need of a good pump company. Thanks Matt!

  Got a bid for $5000 from these guys. Then when they finished they billed us $7666.00. I asked why is it $2666 more? They said the $5000 didn’t include labor? What????? I’m a service industry business owner who often does bids and if I ever sent a bid to one of my customers and later charged them $2600 more saying “well the original bid didn’t include labor”... are you kidding me???? When I confronted them about the bill, I was told too bad, that’s the cost. Horrible customer service and terrible ethics. Avoid this company.
