- JSJennifer StarleyMar 6, 20201.0I would NOT RECOMMEND using their uhaul service. Lady first was RUDE, didn't even come to check out the uhaul. Then she said we returned it a day late and it was filthy. We were there shortly after she opened at 9 am. The uhaul was not dirty, no garbage and left it how we got it. They charged us an extra $90 on top of the $350 that we already paid.
