- CCctennyson5Aug 9, 20251.0It’s pretty bad when the construction company sets a terrible precedence for the owners who are building a home in your neighborhood. We are owners of a construction company and know how this business works. We have also built our own home. We know the people in the field are the ones who represent you. Scott Hedrick and his project manager John are building a home in our neighborhood. They’ve been building here for two years and it still isn’t finished! The workers here are rude and not thoughtful of the neighbors around the project that live here. They are not professional. Trash from their site ends up in our yard where the kids play. They park their equipment right next to our yard and house outside our window ruining our sunset view. They aren’t responsive when we call or email the office. They will work on the weekend. They are not amenable to moving trucks out of the way when needed. Their construction equipment and traffic has ruined the road on our street and they’ve made no repairs. They aren’t thoughtful to the environment they work in and have set an ugly precedent for the neighbors who will be moving in. If you chose to work with this company you might get a beautiful home, but it will come at the cost of not being liked by your neighbors.
