Started out by showing us what they were going to do in the basement - where the new equipment was being installed, where new plumbing would go for water to the first floor kitchen sink and the refrigerator. Kept us updated with their progress. They discovered that the water pressure coming into our house was way too high and that it would damage our new system, explaining that the pressure was the problem for issues with our toilets. Got our plumber out to install a water pressure regulator and now we’re good to go. Very impressed with their professionalism. We’re sharing our good luck with our friends. You will too!

We are very happy that Dacian was the technician that came to our house, as not only is he very knowledgeable about all the equipment and water specifics, he is a very thorough, easy to understand and patient teacher. His competency and professionalism is of course of great value, so together with his kind and friendly nature we could not be more happy with the service provided us today. We couldn’t be more happy that we chose Kinetico for our home water protection and improvement systems, everyone from Boyd and any employee we’ve dealt with has been top notch. Thank you Kinetico!

They really know their stuff and are patient about education and helping consumers understand water quality and water treatment. Anna did our installation and she was incredibly courteous and professional. She took the time to do a thorough walk through after installation and answer all my questions. She also left our house and the kitchen cupboards she had to drill through in cleaner condition than she found them. Would recommend to anyone looking for a locally owned business they can trust to provide quality service!

I was nervous about drilling thru island, cabinet and walls in basement, etc.. etc. .. but it was so minimal and they informed me as they worked. Greatly appreciate the care they had for my home. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Roman explained the system and answered my questions when the job was finished. Highly impressed with their work ethic and kindness.
