  Bill and Dave are great to work with! It’s hard to find builders who put so much time and effort into their quality and craftsmanship. I’m glad I got the opportunity to get to know these guys. Great Job and keep up the hard work. Highly recommend!

  Legacy put new LP siding on my home, painted exterior, made shutters and did some other work. Their bid was detailed and competitive. Communication during the project was excellent. I received a phone call or a text on each step with time line. On-site supervision and suggestions to assist me in options for gutters, lighting, etc. Showed me the product on another home so I could see what the siding would look like finished. They even stepped in to finish my interior painting when the painter I hired was unable to finish the job. Quality work, great service and very professional craftsman.

  If you are thinking about building a new home and need a builder, I highly recommend Legacy Home Builders. I moved into a new home December 1, 2023 built by Legacy. This is my third newly constructed home; all built by different builders. In comparison, Legacy Home Builders rate the highest. I have a beautiful, well built, quality home. Bill and Dave truly care about the product they put on the market as well as the happiness and satisfaction of their buyers. I have a very large 6 BR home on a half acre lot. I have only had a few very minor issues/adjustments that have come up. Dave and Bill have always responded immediately and not only addressed any issues but many times they have gone the extra mile and done far more than expected. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to buy a home built by Legacy Home Builders.
