I have to admit he was very particular and took great pride in his work. I couldn't be more pleased with his work and and he was very polite. He made sure to clean up afterwards. I’ve been cleaning windows for 40+ years and I was told I don’t know how to open the windows properly. BS! They don’t stay open, the metal breaks, I have to climb a stool to hold the top window up so the bottom one can fit correctly to lock. If I could, I’d give 0 stars.
