- GHGary Hepker4 days ago5.0The guys had to patch up a small leak where the fireplace exhaust pipe goes up through the roof. There was a gap there where precip was coming through. They were here at 8 am on Thursday morning and completed their work in approximately one hour. The workmen were very courteous and had the project done in no time.

The day I asked for an estimate, their estimator was on site the same day. I did wait about a month for the work to be done. I understood that wait the day I got my price. A roofer has a small crew during the winter and the damaged fascia could wait. The day they did the repair, I received a phone call before the crew arrived. That was professional. The crew quickly finished the work. The work was good, but I thought there should be more nails holding the fascia. I paid for the work at their office and mentioned that I thought there should be more nails. Two days later, a roofing tech was on the roof, adding nails. That was after I accepted the work and paid in full. This tells me that when I replace the roof in a few years, their warranty will mean something.
