- RCR. C.Aug 10, 20255.0I would very strongly advise using Phil’s Comfort Zone. My AC unit started having issues on a Saturday and I attempted to try some remedies. Unfortunately, they did not work and it was approximately 10 PM and I started calling around to emergency services because my daughter was starting to get very warm in our home. I was either given recorded lines or unavailability until Monday. I came across Phil’s Comfort Zone. Phil took my late night call and agreed to come out to my home. Phil was very professional, personable, and went above and beyond. He cleaned my AC unit, replaced some previous wiring issues that were not necessary done correctly, and replaced a part very quickly. I noticed instantly the home was starting to cool and back to working properly. I’ll only use Phil’s Comfort Zone, and highly recommend anyone else needing service to use him as well.

Phil came out and fixed my heater first thing after I called and since then he has came out several times servicing my furnace and AC unit always in a timely manner. Today he installed all new, and I'm thankful for him. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I always felt like he was honest, and kind. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had a complete HVAC replacement which only took him one day. He was here at 8:30 and he was done by 4:00. The prices were very reasonable and competitive. And with a 10-year warranty on parts and a 5-year warranty on labor I don't have anything to worry about for a long time. I highly recommend Phil's Comfort Zone!!
