  Blake was amazing to work with! He came to my home for routine maintenance, and was able to complete necessary repairs identified in the process. He was very thorough with his work and explanation throughout the entire process all while mentoring another team member and answering any questions I had.   Very professional worked with us in every aspect if things went a certain way they were always prepared to inform us of our options absolutely beautiful service very thankful of these men doing the work and not only putting in the work but also being very considerate we have kids and where they were working was near the bathroom and of course my child needing to use it, the worker was very concerned about his well being because of scraps and or metal shreds on the ground he advised my child to be very careful very well trained and professional caring guys we are very grateful for there service thank you so much 😊

  I called to see if someone could come check my furnace and see why it wasn’t working properly. They told me they were extremely booked out but would add me to the list. There was a break in the action because I was called back about an hour later. Soon after, Joseph was at my door with a smile. He was friendly and truly excited to help solve my problem. I would highly recommend Joseph and will definitely call back in the future.

  Had an annual furnace inspection from Schaal. Joseph and Declan were very professional, personable, and thorough. I appreciated the detailed post inspection report and their walkthrough where they made sure any questions were answered. They highlighted some preventative maintenance services for me to consider, but as I've come to expect with Schaal, they don't play the fear tactics game or pressure in anyway to upsell which is what has steered me away from other companies. Great service.

  I called Schaal on Wednesday morning, October 22nd, after I woke up and turned the heat on for the first time this season; only to be greeted by a tremendous howling squeal and no heat. I had already called two other HVAC services before reaching out to Schaal and was informed by the first that they wouldn't do the job because I live in a mobile home. The second would come out for an extremely large dispatch fee plus charges for any work on top of that; and they couldn't make it until at least November 10th! When I first talked to Schaal, I explained the issue and that I lived in a mobile home. They said that was no problem but that they were also very busy. They offered to put me on a slide-in schedule so that if they had a moment, they could come by and check out the issue, I'd pay a dispatch fee, and then if I decided to go with the work they could offer me a one-time refund of the dispatch fee to help with affordability since I am super under employed right now. I was quite surprised then, when at a little past 2 PM on the very next day, I received a call saying that Bryce was on his way to my house to check out my furnace. He arrived about 20 minutes later and appeared well kept and was very polite; though he may have been a bit nervous about coming in at first because of my dogs...but they came to know each other quickly and he proceeded in. He started off with a couple questions and we took a look at the furnace together and he knew immediately where the issue was as soon as I turned it on. He then proceeded to disassemble and take out the noisy culprit. Once he had the motor out he checked it manually and it had fried, non-replaceable bearings so a new motor was the only option. He went over the pricing with me and was able to get me the best price he could and he also showed me about the furnace, what had happened, and was able to assure me he didn't find any other issues that might cause alarm. He did have to leave and battle traffic for a while to go pick up a new motor since it isn't something they would have on hand in their truck and when he got back, everything got put back together, tested, and given a thumbs up. Bryce couldn't have been more pleasant to work with and represented Schaal quite well. We settled up electronically and he thanked me, then headed off to his next job. The experience was painfully expensive but greatly appreciated. Based on this experience, I would recommend Schaal to anyone needing service done at a reasonable price and in a very professional manner.
