- SSSandy SkaarMay 3, 20211.0Doesn't install properly and doesn't stand behind their work. Do not hire them unless you want to pay for another new roof after 6 months. I have the invoice and all the phone records to show contact with this compnay. Please, if you are reading this review, do not believe a word this company says. They should be sued and lose their license for the shoddy work.. hopefully some day someone will do that. Our job was a total tear off, they replaced none of the rotten sheathing, rather they went right over top of it, no ice and water dam protection, went over old rotten step flashing and didn't even put on new flashing where it was missing. We had to totally replace the roof and fortunately the leaks from the existing roof were repairable. When called, they blamed it on "ice", to which the independent inspector debunked. Absolutely refused to even come and look at the issue...so much for a 20 year workmanship warranty.. Shameful.
