Early in my planning, I’d had measurements taken from one of the bigger places in town, and Tom suggested coming out to recheck his measurements/estimate. His measurements didn’t change and ended up being spot-on. The installer scheduled for my job, Nef, was just fantastic. He and his assistant exceeded my expectations and checked with me after each day to ensure everything looked good. While I know next to nothing about the carpet installation process, I do know what a quality job looks like and they nailed it--precision work. I recommend House of Carpets to anyone looking for new flooring, and I will definitely be reaching out to Tom for my kitchen flooring next year.
