Took the afternoon off and waited until 2:50pm to call the office and find out if we needed to reschedule. The office person said that she would inquire and call me right back. I waited another hour (it's now 4pm) and called again. Got the answering machine. Never got a call or an apology. That is not how you run a business! If you're running that late it is imperative to communicate that to whoever is waiting. What a waste of an afternoon.
