  Solar Help Hawaiʻi gave great support. Chaleigh helped me troubleshoot my solar water heater through text and stayed patient the whole time. She asked clear questions and guided me step by step. Another vendor fixed the final issue, a stuck mixture valve, but she still checked in afterward to make sure everything worked. Real aloha in their service. I appreciate the help.

  I'm a repeat customer. The 2nd time around, I dealt with project manager John V again. He's an awesome person to do business with. He will give you a good deal and get the job done. I would give John a 5 star if only him but the company in general is not so efficient, if there is a question or a problem with the system it might be awhile for them to get back and or you'll have to keep calling back. If not for project manager John, I would have gone elsewhere. Mahalo & Aloha, Will Y

  The owner went out of her way to help & guide me installing the Enphase envoy -s, sent someone out the fill morning to change out an inverter. System working and recording this afternoon. Highly recommended.

  I had an opportunity to interact with Paul K. and it was a comforting experience. He is willing to listen to my concerns, knowledgeable about possible solutions, patience to communicate back and forth, resourceful to offer a few vendors / agencies to deal with various sides of my problems. After all, he was not a pushy sales person, he showed more interest in the customer's benefit than for him to get a project done. So I have solar service with another company and I was suspecting some deficiencies. The company I had contracted with was slow in their response and could not provide solutions in a timely manner. I contacted several solar repair companies with my concerns and Paul was the first to respond. He asked relevant questions, gave logical assessment, provided me several ways to approach the problem identification process, and he was very articulate to the entire communication process.   These guys were recommended by Enphase for work on our existing system. Paul was super easy to work with. We used them to expand and modify the existing PV system, as well as for repairing & servicing the existing solar water heating system. The work was performed relatively quickly and as promised. Paul and the work crews were reliable, honest and a joy to work with. I highly recommend these guys for solar and PV work.
