Jimmy is an architectural designer with great patience and real professionalism. He listened carefully to our needs, made multiple revisions without hesitation, and always delivered drawings on time. Every adjustment was thoughtful and practical, reflecting both experience and care. Yue Ming, his assistant, has also been exceptional — responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to help. Their communication throughout the process has been smooth, timely, and reassuring. One of the things I appreciate most is that Jimmy recommended a very reliable builder for our project-. The contractor’s pricing was reasonable and the quality of work has been excellent. During construction, Prowork Pacific stayed involved and communicated directly with the builder whenever needed, which helped keep the project on track and ensured that important details were handled correctly.
