- NNNolanNov 24, 20255.0I highly recommend this company. They do great work and workers are always on time, friendly and respectful. They've cleaned my solar panels for 7 straight years. Aside from cleaning the solar panels, they inspect my utility meter, breakers, micro inverters, modules, clamps/bolts, wires, mounting hardware, flashings, roof penetrations, junction box and conduits. They meet with me before they start work and when they're done to go over what they did and if there's anything I should be concerned about. When they email me the invoice, they include an inspection report (about 10 pages) with details and photos of everything described above. They even monitor my system remotely and lmk when there's something wrong. When a micro inverter went bad, they worked with Enphase to provide a new one under warranty and only charged me for installation. This company is awesome and one of a kind. You rarely find companies like Pacific Panel Cleaners. I don't think any other solar panel cleaning company in Hawaii can match their service and price. Give them a call and see for yourself. This is one of the few companies I can refer to my family and friends with the utmost confidence.
