Very skilled contractor, understands AC units, plumbing, and electronics. Turns out mine had a blown capacitor so was very fortunate. Very reasonable prices and honest person that won't try and sell an entire replacement unit. Also took the time to clean out the filter, pan, etc. Highly recommend this person if you have AC trouble!
