  The reservation system was a little wonky, but it got done. Also, there was some damage done to my undersink....but at the end of the day, it was all addressed in a 5-star way. I heard good things about 535, and don't regret hiring them!

  Roydenn and John were absolutely amazing. They were so attentive, quick, and efficient—no dilly-dallying at all. They got the job done incredibly fast, cleaned everything up, and genuinely made us feel like we were the only clients in the world. Even though they’re based in town, they made it all the way out to Hawaii Kai super quickly and kept that same level of care and urgency the entire time. Professional, kind, and just overall such a great experience. Couldn’t recommend them more!

  I called 535 Plumbing based on a neighbor’s recommendation, and I could not have been more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. We needed a shut-off valve installed and a shower faucet leak repaired. Johnny and Roy arrived on time, were extremely personable and professional, and demonstrated outstanding work ethic. They worked efficiently, completed everything flawlessly, and were meticulous about keeping the work area clean. They were also very respectful of our home, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how smooth and timely the entire process was—from my initial call to completion of the work, everything was handled within just a few weeks. The quality of the work, combined with the professionalism and reasonable pricing, made it an exceptional expedience. I highly recommend 535 Plumbing without any hesitation or reservation. Exceptional service all around. Don’t hassle trying to get quotes from multiple companies, 535 Plumbing is the best you can get.

  Shane and crew have been my go to plumbers for a long time from fixing leaks to replacing toilets, faucets and fixtures along with solar heater needs. Just replaced a faucet for my utility sink area. Shane the owner personally made sure that my exact needs were met. On scheduled day a wrong fixture was brought. Shane quickly corrected the miscommunication. Techs were very professional with the installation. They even applied a senior discount without me even asking. This local company does not even pass the surcharge for using a credit card. Truly a fantastic local company.
