  We hired Fletcher and his crew to repair a brand new deck rail system that was installed incorrectly. We ultimately opted to replace the whole railing given the state it was in and they did an amazing job. I cannot sing their praise enough. Very transparent about pricing from day 1. Highly recommend him for your home projects!

  Don "Fletcher" was absolutely great. From the first day to the last, we were kept informed of progress, pricing and potential updates / changes needed for our project. He and his crews were always professional, courteous and responsive to changes or things that needed further attention. Our project was not easy. It was a full kitchen and laundry space located in our basement that required special build outs and was completed on time despite occurring during the holidays. We are very happy with the quality, price, and efficiency with which Southern Dreambuilders made our vision become reality. We highly recommend SD and encourage anyone looking for a remodel to use them. We'll definitely use them again for any future projects.

  We renovated our basement using Southern Dream Builders and are so pleased with the results. Fletcher and his team were the best. This was a complex project. Fletcher and his team jumped on it immediately and completed the project in a very timely fashion. Further Fletcher stayed well within the budget that he had set for us. We highly recommend Southern Dream Builders!

  Southern Dreambuilders was a very professional company. The communication was excellent, and they were timely with the work. I recently renovated my kitchen with them, and it looks fantastic. I am so happy with the work they did. Fletcher was very responsive with anything I needed, and one of the most important things for me was that they stuck with the budget initially quoted to me. I recommend this company to anyone that wants to deal with true professionals.

  I highly recommend Don Fletcher and Southern Dreambuilders after using them for a project we had been dreading for a couple of years. Our deck stairs needed t o be replaced due to age and our screen porch needed an update. We decided to have that project done while giving our screen porch a much needed update by replacing our wood rails with updated metal ones and custom screens for the porch. Don's team also made the area under our deck a usable space by replacing the wood with aquadrain underdecking and installing a beautifully finished look complete with a new TV and Bose sound system for years and years of entertainment for us to enjoy with our family. From start to finish, Don and team communicated with us and came in within budget and I knew exactly what was happening and when it would happen. That was a welcome surprise given other contractors I had tried to work with in the past and the staying within budget was much appreciated given the times we are in. Thank you Don!! I'm already mustering up another project for your team!
