- BBBAug 14, 20251.0Bad attitudes. Just remodeled 2 bathrooms. We had stall showers installed in place of standard bath tubs. The tile technician was the perfect professional. He was very precise and meticulous. Called them back because 2 showers doors that they installed would not open or close smoothly. Once the sweeps were installed the doors were too tight top open or close reasonably. It was so bad that my wife could not open either of the doors by herself. When the same guys the installed the glass arrived for the warranty call they showed up with an extremely aggressive and demeaning attitude. Their fix for the problem was to cut the sweep down so that it did not even touch the sill, so now the sweep serves n purpose at all. We have used them in the past and were happy with their product, but the service we received this time will preclude us from ever using them again. Just understand that the owner may come to measure and sell, but he will not be performing the install. Good luck!
