We spent nearly 3 hours together and chose beautiful window coverings for my brand new house. She quoted me $111 for blackout roller shades verbally. And told me I would get a estimate in writing emailed to me. The written estimate said $199 for the same shades. I thought there was an error so reached out to discuss. She said she had no idea where I got that number from as she had never heard of $111 anywhere. Instead of saying she made a mistake and she’s like to work together to find me an option that fits my budget, she said she had no idea what I was talking about and quickly ended the phone call. Beware of a sugary in person consultation and unprofessional aftermath. Would not recommend.
