For a full day service charge, we had drywall repaired in the bathroom, minor grout repair to cracks in the shower, and re-sealing in the shower. Based off the estimate, I assumed that all of the damaged grout would be repaired and not just minor cracks. Also, I wasn’t aware that shopping for supplies would be included in our hourly fee (Buddy did mention this on day one of service). To anyone considering Ace, I would recommend getting a thorough in-person estimate, rather than via email, to ensure you are getting the service desired for the price quoted (lesson learned).

We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.
How much do you charge?
Depends on the project, we estimate each type of project with the craftsman who has that skill set to your particular project.

We do over 1,000 projects from tile, plumbing, electrical, drywall, soffit, fascia, gutter cleaning, fence/deck gate repairs. Helping you maintain your home. If isn’t something we do, we have great referrals to specialty contractors that we know, love and trust.
