We called them out regarding water spots in the ceiling and water damage to spray foam from a leaking roof and also bathroom cabinet mildew. They were punctual, communicated clearly, worked efficiently and cleanly at a fair price. Highly recommend them and definitely will call them again if needed!

This industry is complicated by a general lack of public knowledge about mold and I felt some of the companies I spoke to were not "operating in the customers best interest". Some companies use scare tactics to run up the bills and are just looking overblown insurance claims. I did not experience this with True North. Nick was honest and forthcoming with helpful information and assisted in navigating the process by helping evaluate the sources of my mold. I also rented some equipment from them to scrub the air. I found the True North team to be very professional and honest, and I highly recommend them.
