I highly recommend this family-owned business for all of your flooring needs. I’m happy to support LOCAL businesses in Savannah. UPDATE! I bought a runner for my stairwell (with remnant being used for hallway) in July 2024. The folks at Poppell worked with me to determine which carpet would best fit the space, and their crew came to install it. It's beautiful and I'm so happy with it!

The PROBLEM.. and please pay attention to this. If you need any repairs under their offered warranty... You are out of luck. I have been calling for days.. Over two months... Asking for some wood floors repairs under the warranty... And all I get is: "I will talk to the floor guy so he can call you and arrange a visit" two months gone by waiting and NOTHING. IF YOU BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM, WHICH ARE NOT CHEAP... DON'T EXPECT THEM TO HONOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY. MY HARDWOOD FLOOR NEED GLUE, PARTS REPLACE AND I HAVE EXPLAINED EVERY TIME... NOTHING YET... STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL
