  Great at assessing and explaining what needs to be done and the cost. Great people to work with. Did not feel pressured/upsold for anything outside solving our immediate issue. I highly recommend!

  Eric came when promised and investigated all around my house, found the leak and took care of it. Very pleased with the service I received from Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a leak located.
