- KGKrista GauseDec 24, 20251.0We've used the AC guys for a few years now for regular maintenance and some fixes for our AC unit and the serviceman that comes has always been wonderful. However, our pool heater broke back in July and we placed an order to replace the broken piece through the AC guys who came and diagnosed the issue promptly. Since then though we have not received an update about the order, at all. We've called about a dozen times for an update and they said it's shipping...or it is delayed...and when we ask for clear clarification they always promise to call us back right away once they speak with the vendor and they have yet to ever return our call. So we keep calling, and it's been four months. I would not recommend their help for anything other than routine maintenance.

- SHSteph HNov 5, 20255.0I spoke with Lee today and explained an issue I had with my elderly grandmother seeking service to have her AC Unit repaired. Although I've already taken care of this for her, she decided to reach out to the AC Guys to get the unit looked at. My grandmother is declining mentally and is very forgetful. Lee was so understanding and assisted me with my inquiry. I can't thank him enough. I was almost brought to tears because of his kindness and professionalism. Whenever we need AC maintenance, repair or replacement, this number will be on speed-dial! I couldn't imagine working with any other company and I can't thank Lee enough. Do yourself a favor, book the service. No need to look any further!

Politely tried to reason with the service manager and even wrote the owner. But nothing was done. It was too bad. For this reason I would not recommend A/C guys.
