He arrived on time, explained his process and went about the task of inspecting both the interior and exterior of our home. Blake reviewed his findings, discussed the available products and encapsulation process thoroughly. He patiently and efficiently answered all of our questions. We reviewed the literature he left with us and even took the time to answer over 50 questions that I had--I tend to be very detail oriented. Low country foundation is an amazing company and Blake is the type of professional any company would be proud of.

Lance proved to us how knowledgeable and how their good prices kept them in high standard ratings above the other companies we called. The kicker is… they really care about their customers. We were really lucky that Lance had an open spot and did the job in 1 day which included fixing the whole foundation under an older home. He was very personal over the phone, explains things well and has an easy way to pay that’s honest! The BEST!!😁

Lance Blackwell was our tech and did a great job of assessing problems and providing common sense solutions (even some we could do ourselves). This wasn’t the only foundation company we spoke with and after our inspection with Lance, it was obvious that this was the right team for the job. Thanks Lance and if possible I’d give you 6 stars.

They provided answers to all our questions, they were easy to reach at any point of the week. Charlie initially gave us the run down of what is expected on install day and what would need to be done before hand to help the crew out. He was so pleasant and informative the day we confirmed we wanted to use Low Country. The pleasant and informative attitude did not stop there, the crew and there Forman showed these same traits. The Forman explained what had been done and what was being done to finish the job. They completed the job in about 4 hours and installed 3 pylons. Pretty good turnover in my opinion. I would and will encourage anyone with foundation issues to ask Low Country Foundation to come out and take a look at it! Myself and my husband thank you all for the help and making our house level again and easing our minds for the future!

The online process was easy. Blake confirmed appt and showed up in Lowcountry vehicle on time. He was respectful, kind and eager to work. He took great pictures of crawl space and shared in detail what our options were and the prices. The price for leveling our home is a bit more than I expected so we're still trying to decide if this is the best option for us since it is an older mobile home. However, I would not hesitate to use this company because they are very professional and I feel I could trust them in my home.
