  Noah Ondike was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Provided detailed pictures and explained the picture and the steps to fix the problems with my floor joists and subfloor! Did an amazing job conducting maintenance on my encapsulation system! I hope he does my maintenance services every time going forward!

  Never had an issue that they did not respond to and resolve! The most professional staff with wonderful customer service. The day after hurricane Helene I had no current and my original back up battery was dead. I called and someone was at my home within a couple hrs with a new battery. It absolutely saved me from having a flooded basement. The guy that came out even offered to help clean up my place after he got off work. I would recommend Lowcountry Foundation to anyone!

  Travis was a delight to talk with as the representative from Lowcountry Foundations. He thoroughly went over our maintenance and replacement process for the dehumidifier in our crawl space. Very detailed, hard working and outstanding professionalism. Because of the wonderful relationship and quality of work that Lowcountry does we will be doing our foundation repairs with them also. Thank you for the wonderful work you did on our dehumidifier.

  So glad we went with Low Country for encapsulation of our crawl space, and leveling of our subfloor. Under our house stayed wet due to living in a low lying area. Now it’s dry and clean under there, and the dehumidifier system keeps it below 55% humidity even when it hits 80% outside on a hot summer day. And REALLY glad we always get an annual inspection/ maintenance service! Our technician today, Noah, found a termite infestation in one of our support beams. And even though he didn’t have to, he went around and checked every piece of visible wood for us while here. Thankfully, nothing else was found. He took plenty of pics for us to send to our company we have our termite contract with. Thank you Low Country, and thank you Noah for going the extra mile today!

  Disappointing Experience and Poor Project Planning I recently hired Lowcountry Foundation to evaluate and repair the foundation of a newly purchased 1880s home in downtown Savannah. The scope of work included replacing rusted steel posts, and the company recommended adding steel beams in addition to replacing the pillars. Based on their recommendation—and a strong referral from a contractor friend—I moved forward, paid the required deposit, and was scheduled to begin work approximately 45 days later. The estimate process was thorough, and at that point I felt confident in their approach and professionalism. However, that confidence disappeared on the scheduled start date. When the installation crew arrived and conducted an initial walkthrough, they determined the job was more than they could handle and decided to walk away from the project entirely, offering a refund. This decision was made on the start date, not during the 45-day period after the deposit was paid. As a result, I lost 45 days in an already tight renovation timeline, had to delay other crews scheduled to begin the following week, and was forced to start the process of finding a new contractor. An apology does not recover lost time, disrupted schedules, or added stress. It’s difficult to understand how a company can accept a project, take a deposit, schedule the work, and only then determine they are unable to perform it. For anyone managing timelines or investing in property improvements, I would strongly caution against using this company due to their lack of advance planning and execution.
