  Mr. Crosby of RS Andrews is a true professional in his field. I had an issue with my furnace that was created by a previous contractor. When Mr. Crosby arrived, I explained my problem to him. He immediately inspected my system and was able to correct it not long after. Not only that, he was able to diagnose another issue that may have created my problem in the first place. I'm very grateful to Mr. Crosby and RS Andrews for their assistance. I highly recommend RS Andrews and Mr. Crosby to assist you should if you encounter an AC problem.

  Victor came out on Nov.10, for a system check. He immediately started arguing with me regarding the filter on my down stairs unit. He then determined that I need a new blower motor. He quoted me a price of $3100.00. He then serviced my upstairs unit. Did not replace the filter on that unit. This review is about Victor, but I could not find his face or name on this list, so I just used Drew Johnson, as he was the last R. S. Andrews tech that serviced my furnace. I have nothing but nice things to say about Drew Johnson. However, I would not do business with Victor ever in the future. Upon talking with Jasmine, a manger with R. s. Andrews, she advised me that to replace my blower motor would only be $1,787.00 bottom line, out the door price, fully installed with a warranty. We do not know why Victor would quote a price of $3100.00. Still waiting to hear back from R. S. Andrews regarding when this repair can be made.

  David G III was extremely punctual ( also received call from Ashley advising the tech was on his way). David was clear and concise w/ his review of my issue. David didn't rush to get to his next appointment, he contacted his manager for confirmation of my electrical issue. David provided detailed notes of his findings so I can present to the appliance carrier that sold a useless appliance. Thanks again David for your patience and time and helping me understand my issue!

  Plumber review I contacted RS Andrew’s plumbing service requesting they send out a technician to troubleshoot and resolve a water leak that had been running all week in my garage. I had previously contacted my warranty company who sent out a plumber who could not find the source of the leak and who determined that it was not a plumbing issue. He suggested that it was an HVAC problem and I wasted valuable time and money having a HVAC technician come out to look at it without any resolution. It turns out that it was a plumbing leak after all. Neil the plumbing technician for RS Andrew’s did an outstanding job quickly uncovering the source of the leak and resolving the problem within minutes of his visit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to resolve the issue so quickly. Kudos to Neil for his professionalism and skills and to RS Andrew’s who made my problem a priority by sending out a technician on the same day of my request. I can now sleep at night knowing that this leak has been stopped and I can now move forward with repairs. I will definitely use this company for my future plumbing needs. RS Andrew’s staff is the best!

  This particular plumber is one of the best I have ever had from any plumbing company. Mr. James Mays actually prevented me from having to seek shelter in some costly hotel or motel room. I had been without running water in my home for nearly seven days before he was able resolve and restored water to my entire home. He originally had planned to rebuild and replace the bathroom piping that housed the Moen 1224 valve stem. After his initial disassembly, he found that a prior plumber had created so much damage, that he had to adjust and create a new plan. long story short, he did create a new plan that got all of the water flowing throughout my home again. He absolutely resolved my crisis, and I never had to leave my home. He is a great plumber and will quote your repair cost before he starts the work. He is with RS Andrews plumbing services. Thanks for putting him on your team RS Andrews!!!!!
