    My house flooded - they helped keep my art save and restored some of the damage piece while it was being remodel

    ERS is incredible! The electronics restoration they offer is of very high quality and their professionalism and promptness exceeds expectations. I left them a voicemail on a Saturday evening, received a call on Monday morning asking to come check out the items, Jay Walsh came out the next day to look at them, and then someone picked everything up the next day after that. Our game consoles, TVs, and smart home devices all had soot in them from an apartment fire and ERS returned them good as new after 1 week of being in their care. I cannot recommend them enough. As for the negative reviews I'm seeing here, I don't believe these are meant for ERS. As far as I'm aware, they don't do flooring or plumbing.

    This company has not returned my calls or emails and I was contacting the owner directly as instructed. The work still was not done to standard. Carpet wasn't cleaned yet he was paid. USAA should not use any company that cause this much headache to its customers.  There's no warranty if the work was never done.

    Jay Walsh is that rare person who actually cares about the customer. We had a complicated situation with water damage to a beloved collection of Monroe County artifacts. Jay went above and beyond what I had even asked of him because he felt so passionately about the project. When I checked in on progress, he always responded promptly. He is a genuinely kind person. This company is reputable and effective. When we had a minor disagreement over some details, it was handled with grace and understanding and civility. Do not hesitate to hire them. Thank you, Jay.
