- TLTony LeAug 16, 20253.0Noah our Ace Handyman was scheduled to come to our home at 11:00 today. He called us before our appointment to let us know that he’s stuck on his current project and would make it to our home around 2:00-2:30. It is 3:00 at the time of this review and he is still not here. This is very unprofessional and he didn’t even call us to let us know that he would be even more late. Update: at 3:17 Noah called us to inform us that there is a lot of traffic ahead and he would be at our house around 3:45. Update: 3:47 and still not a call from our security gate that Noah has arrived at the gate. He’s late again Final update: Noah got to our home at around 3:52 He might have been really late but he did a wonderful job with 2/3 of our projects. He did the two projects exactly how we instructed. He was very professional, skillful, and nice. It was getting late and he said he’d come back on Sunday at 1:00 to finish the third project. 1:32pm 8/17 Noah is still not at our home and has not contacted us. He eventually came around 2:00 something to finish for third and final project. He’s a good craftsman but he needs to improve his punctuality because that ruined most of our weekend
