  I had an exceptional experience working with Millie Monroe Construction. From the initial consultation to the completed installation, their team was organized, responsive, and highly professional. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process — every step was clearly explained, and updates were provided proactively. I was especially impressed by their efficiency. They were able to go from consultation to having my gas logs fully installed and ready to use in under three weeks, which far exceeded my expectations especially during peak fireplace and chimney season. The finished result looks beautiful and functions perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both outstanding service and quality craftsmanship at this level. I highly recommend Millie Monroe Construction to anyone considering gas logs, fireplace, or chimney services.

  We had this company add gas logs to two of our fireplaces in our 1905 home, and they did an outstanding job. Adam was so pleasant to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They got everything done quickly and with great attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them!

  We had an amazing experience working with Adam and his team at Millie Monroe. From the start, Adam made us so comfortable with the plan and process for our renovation (especially as first time homeowners and first time renovators!). Once the project began, Adam’s team was highly professional and they did a wonderful job keeping the house and yard as clean as possible. Even in the middle of work on our kitchen, they made sure we could still access our refrigerator and appliances whenever we needed. Any time we had questions or wanted to make slight revisions to the plan, Adam was ready to help and work with us to make sure we were happy with the end result. In less than two weeks (!), the Millie Monroe team completely transformed our kitchen and back deck area. We could not be happier with the result or with our choice of contractor, and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Adam and team!

  I actually called Millie Monroe without checking the reviews first, which is unlike me. However, after scheduling our appointment to repair my gas fireplace, I then looked at the reviews and saw that I made a good choice. Adam arrived on time, actually ahead of time and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. He cleaned everything, was very communicative about how to work the gas fireplace, gave me information that I did not have about it, and made sure I knew how to properly work it. I did not expect him to go up on my roof to look at the chimney and cap, but he did and we found an additional issue that I was not aware of. Looks like I'll be needing a new chimney cap and they will be doing that for me in the very near future. I appreciated that he took pictures of everything and explained exactly what was needed. Adam was knowledgeable, personable, efficient, professional and all the other good things others said about him. Do not hesitate to call him!

  I will never have another construction company do work for me. Millie Monroe construction did an amazing job on my Chimney. Adam was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had in a timely manner and was very professional. His team was very professional and did an amazing job cleaned up after themselves. Took off the trash that they had from the Chimney, left my living room clean and put the furniture back exactly where it was at. I could not have asked for a better job! Could not recommend this company enough.
