    Unfortunately, the technician guessed incorrectly about the issue and it cost me $450. The next guess was to spend thousands on a new furnace. Having to go with another company.

    John and Austin were fantastic to work with! They first, listened to the issues I was having, asked a few pertinent questions and then went to work troubleshooting my furnace. Within a few minutes of running some tests and doing some diagnostics, they identified the problem and went about fixing it. My furnace is back to running properly. They advised me that the burners will probably need replacing sooner than later and offered to come back and replace them if I found I wanted to do it sooner than another upcoming failure. Great guys, honest and forthcoming… all in all, a very pleasant company to deal with from the receptionist/scheduler to John and Austin. I’m very glad I found this team, all by happenstance! Go with them, you will not be disappointed!

    Tom is remarkably knowledgeable . After a simple misunderstanding, Shannon (Office) and I have a wonderful line of communication. Her patience is wonderful. This will be the first HVAC system I've ever had to replace, so, I didn't understand the verbiage. I feel good about using them as my HVAC goto!
