They suggested today Monday at 9am. I agreed. They also sent a follow up text and email to confirm the appointment. I thought very easy and professional. Now today the day of the appointment Heather texts me at 8:26am to ask "I wanted to reach out to see if we could move your appt time up a little to 10-10:30?" I immediately responded by questioning how can I move it up to 10 when it's scheduled for 9. Her response "I was just asking if you would be opposed to it, you're still scheduled for 9, but it will be a little after because he has to get his kids off to school and has ran into traffic.". I canceled the appointment because that is not what she asked and my time is valuable too & I have to work. If they couldn’t make the 9am appointment, they shouldn't have offered it. I would have done a different time that works with my schedule from the initial contact. I'm giving two stars instead of one star because at least they did communicate.
