- DHDan HamiltonJul 14, 20255.0After a lightning strike, they responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. The first visit the problem was from the house to the well only getting 120 volts instead of 240. The well couldn't be checked until the voltage was corrected. Once I completed that they returned in a timely manner the next day as the breaker was tripping with 240. They replaced the 200 ft plus well in about 2 hours and did a much better installation than the previous well company I used 15 years ago. They subtracted the previous days service charge from the final bill. Terry and his co worker were excellent and talked me through every step of the process and corrected a couple other flaws that I knew needed attention. The office lady communicated throughout the scheduling process as well. I contacted 3 total well companies, Robinson responded first, and the other said it would be a week and suggested I call someone else, and the other who did the last install 15 years ago took 4 hours to return my initial call The individuals I referenced should be commended for their representation.
