Anthony and Gus came to my home and identified the potential issue and gave me a great price to relpace the tub fittings with cut off knobs on the water supply line. They got everything replaced, cleaned the area and checked their work before they left, which revealed a second clog in the water line. Anthony and Gus took the time to try potential solutions to find the blockage without removing more drywall. The blockage ended up being farther back in the line and instead of cutting deeper into the ceiling, Anthony came up with an excellent solution. He split the water line and tied it to an existing water line that we knew had no issues and after a few minutes my tub hot water line was working perfectly. I really appreciate the time they put in to diagnose the problem and do everything to identify the root cause, but more importantly their persistence to find a workable solution. After today, Clark's Heating and Air will be the first company I call if I have a plumbing issue and I will always ask for Anthony and Gus. They were friendly, explained what they were doing and always gave me alternatives. Again, fantastic from beginning to end.
