He told me that he has more than twenty years experience for fixing the heater and I was very lucky to find him. He checked heater for thirty minutes and told me that it's sensor problem, then he changed a new sensor, the heater didn't heat up. He checked another fifteen minutes and told me that it's another problem, after he changed that part ( I don't remember the name of the part ), the heater still didn't work. Then he said he needed to take some parts off to find out the real problem....I told him to leave. On the same day, I called Clark 's Heating, Air & Pluming. Technician Tom arrived on time, he checked heater and found out the problem and fixed it very quickly . Now my heater works good. I definitely recommend Clark's Heating, Air & plumbing because their job is reliable and price is reasonable. Thank you Tom for your wonderful work!

Josh came later that day to do a detailed inspection and to discuss our options. He explained that we needed to replace the heat pump system and the duct work. He showed us photographic evidence as to why that was the case. He went over our finance options. We picked the option that met our budgetary needs. On Tuesday, a crew of 6 techs, headed by Tim, showed up at our home to remove the old system and install the new system. They treated our home with care and did not leave a mess for us to have to deal with. They explained how the new thermostat operates. Gene came to our home on Thursday to do a quality check. He saw some areas that needed attention and Tom came on Friday to address those issues. Everyone we have come in contact with Clark's Heating and Air has been courteous and professional. We are so glad we found this company to take care of all our heating and cooling needs.
