Listen to the message potential customer's leave on your v.m. so you have an idea of why someone's calling you, that way you don't have to waste their time asking the majority of questions where the answers were already provided for in the message. Or, get rid of the message option since you choose not to listen to it anyways. I'm sure you'll have some sort of excuse, most powerless leaders do. Do better Operational Manager.
