- IIianMay 8, 20251.0Had a very frustrating experience in Cowins service department. Brought my diesel air compressor in for a diagnostic. It has a fuel related issue that is consistently happening after 10 minutes of runtime. I left notes on this with the service advisor Michael in person and through email. They could not replicate these issues and told me my machine was ready to pick up and handed me a bill for $764. Four hours of runtime trying to replicate the issue at $191 per hour. Not only did these issues replicate for me after 10 minutes of having my machine back. I also noticed there was next to no fuel missing out of my fuel tank. I topped it back off to full and it only took 8 gallons to fill. My machine burns 6 to 7 gallons per hour with load. And I very clearly stated that they would have to run the machine under load to replicate the issue. I left a voicemail with Michael, the service advisor, asking for an explanation on this and he never bothered to return my call. I was a happy customer with Cowin equipment in the past but that is no longer the case. Would not recommend
